Shipping & Delivery

Sipup delivers to every address and/or pin code. Depending on the pin code, we offer standard shipping between 5-7 business days and maximum shipping time is 15 days.

For orders over Rs.499/-, Teabox offers free Express shipping. For orders below that, we charge a flat rate of Rs.99/-.

Processing & Shipping Time for Orders

In general, orders that are received before 12:00 IST (Indian Standard Time) are shipped the following business day. After this time, orders typically ship out within two to three business days.

Please be aware that after purchases have left our fulfilment centre, we are unable to accept cancellations.
